Atty. Eduardo T. Reyes, III.
Founding Partner
He is the founding partner of the firm. He finished his Bachelor of Arts Major in English at the University of San Agustin, Iloilo City in 1995. He proceeded to the University of San Agustin School of Law immediately and graduated in 1999 at the top of his batch with Cum Laude Honors and as class valedictorian. He proceeded to work as associate and later as junior partner at the Reyes Law Office from 2000- 2012 and then founded his own firm in 2012.
Since then, Attorney Reyes III has been litigating land cases, property disputes, criminal defense and prosecution as well as various damage suits. He is an all-around legal adviser to companies in various legal concerns required for their incorporation, their operations and corporate expansions. He has been actively consulted by large firms needing advice on closure procedures, which process cuts-across several areas in law from labor to civil and criminal law issues that demand comprehensive legal guidance.
His legal proficiency is also being tapped by Local Government Units and Public Officers in terms of legal concerns of a proprietary nature or in the latterβs private capacity.
He previously taught Corporate Law at the University of Iloilo and is presently a professor at the University of San Agustin School of Law handling Civil Law Review, Evidence, Administrative Law, Negotiable Instruments Law and Property. He also used to teach Land Registration, Public Land Act, Corporation Law and has conducted Bar Review lectures in Civil Law and Remedial Law.

Atty. Mayla Alborote-Fermin

She graduated from the University of Iloilo Law School and proceeded to work at the legal department of Panay Electric Company. She then joined the law firm of Delicana and Legaspi where she nurtured her skills in land registration and titling. She is also maintaining a roster of retainer clients attending to their day to day legal needs. She joined the ET Reyes III & Associates Law Firm in 2015 and since then until the present, she has been specializing in land registration, estate settlement, and land titling and documentation.

Atty. John Leo D. Solinap
Senior Associate
He graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Psychology. He took up law at the University of San Agustin where he graduated 4th in his class. He passed the Bar in 2016 and immediately thereafter joined the E.T. Reyes III & Associates Law Firm where he serves as Head Associate of Litigation handling criminal defense and prosecution, civil damage suits, and other litigable cases.

Atty. Shiela Mae Asorio
Senior Associate
She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Psychology. She took up law studies at the University of San Agustin. She passed the Bar in 2016 and immediately thereafter joined the E.T. Reyes III & Associates Law Firm where she now serves as Head of Corporate and Labor Concerns and land disputes, where she is exposed to handle day to day legal needs of various retainer clients.

Atty. Gelie Rose Famillaran
Managing Associate
Atty. Gelie finished her BA in Political Science at the University of the Philippines in the Visayas in 2013. She proceeded to take her law studies at the Unviersity of San Agustin and graduated with her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2017. She was one of the top 10 finishers in the comprehensive examinations conducted for bar candidates the year before. In January 2018, she joined the law firm as a paralegal where she assisted both the lawyers of the firm, clients, as well as the staff in various administrative and inter-office concerns. In May 2018, she passed the bar and as a full-fledged attorney, she is tasked as the managing associate of the firm.

Atty. Josefa Maria A. Castro
Associate
Atty. Joey finished her Bachelor of Laws at the University of San Agustin (USA) in Iloilo, March of 2017 and passed the Bar Examinations, April of 2018. At USA Law, she garnered the highest (Top 1) grade in the subject of Legal Ethics during the Comprehensive Examinations given to graduating students of that year and was graded Top 6th Placer over-all in the same examinations. While in law school, Atty Joey served as the Chief Editor of the Augustinian Law Gazette and in 2015, she was judged 2nd Best Oralist during the Claudio Teehankee Moot Court Competition held at the Ateneo Professional Schools in Makati City.
Atty. Joeyβs writing and debating skills were certainly honed earlier when at the USA College of Liberal Arts, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the USA Publications and was Team Captain of the USA Debate Team. In 2013 she received the Degree of AB Political Science from the same University.

Atty. Kyle passed the Bar Examination in April of 2018 after completing her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of San Agustin, Iloilo City on March 2017 where she was awarded with 5th Honors. Prior to law school Atty Kyle took her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies at the University of the Philippines In the Visayas, graduating in 2012, garnering Cum Laude honors. Before she finished her degree, she was adjudged 1st Runner-Up in the 2011 Ms. Iloilo Dinagyang Beauty Pageant.
While in law school, Atty Kyle was elected President of the Sigma Alpha Lex College of Law student government. She was also an active member of the USA College of Law debating team, which was chosen as 1st Runner Up, Moot Court Competition, Teehankee Center for Rule of Law, Ateneo Professional Schools, Makati City
