ANG SIKRETO NI Reina Joy Villa

Siya'y isang management accounting whiz and dazzling! Si Joy ay isang career woman and a sweet and lovely wife to Edwin Villa, a caring seafarer.
Yes, she is Reina Joy Prado-Villa, "known as Joy", a real estate Division Manager of Alphaprime Sales and Marketing & Gold Key Property Consultancy Visayas.
Kahit parang suntok sa bwan ang pag-review para sa Professional Regulation Commission's (PRC) licensure examination for real estate appraiser ay itinuloy pa rin ni Joy ang kanyang pangarap na matagal nya ng minimithi.
Nag-alanganin sa umpisa si Joy due to her so much work assisting her agents under her division plus pa diyan ang kanyang responsibility as operations manager ng kanyang parcel forwarder business. Di lang 'yan dahil si Joy ay hands-on mom pa for Reid, a high school student, and a daughter Iya who is in her college years, mas lalo naging challenging sa kanya ang appraiser's exam na ito..
Storm struck. In the last phase of PRC exam review, her dad died and needs to be buried on Sept. 1 of this year. Joy was crying ng kami'y nagkausap dahil di biro na mawala ang isang mahal sa buhay who was with her for 95 long years. Her dad was known to many as "Tyoy Cente", a loving, supportive and caring father like no other.
That moment she doubted if she could still proceed with the PRC appraiser's exam because the burial day was just 5 days away from it.
Gal Gadot, in the movie "Wonderwoman" believes that you could achieve something beyond what you think you could. Ito ang isa sa mga palagi kong ina-adviae kay Joy.
With her strong faith and unwavering trust to the Lord, Joy decided to take the exam and submitted all her worries and fears to Him. Should He gives the appraiser license to her then she would be claiming it soon, Joy thought.
And oh my God, just yesterday Sept 11, 2023, PRC released the list of new Appraisers of Real Estate in the Philippines, and
HER NAME REINA JOY PRADO-VILLA is one of them!
Congratulations Maam Reina Joy Prado-Villa! You're truly awesome and amazing.
Real estate indeed is a complementary career that intertwines not only with family endeavor but also with our existing other works.
The story of Joy may inspire those who have been aspiring the same and to those who wanted to be a real estate agent someday.
