WARNING — FRAUDULENT REFUND DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ⚠️
To all our clients, please be warned: DO NOT submit fake, falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents—including medical certificates—to Cebu Pacific in an attempt to obtain a refund.
While the airline processes and decides on the refund, any fraudulent transaction connected to our agency bookings may put our Cebu Pacific account at risk of being blocked or restricted, potentially preventing us from accessing millions of pesos worth of other legitimate bookings in the account.
If Cebu Pacific later discovers that a refund was obtained through fraudulent documents, the consequences may affect not only the person who submitted them but also our agency account and business.
We will not tolerate or be responsible for fraudulent acts. Any person who knowingly submits fraudulent documents using our bookings or agency details may be held responsible, and we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
Please submit only genuine, verifiable documents. Do not put our business and other clients' bookings at risk for the sake of a refund.
