Seven years ago, on August 23, 2019, EMG Property Brokerage began a journey rooted in a simple but meaningful purpose: to help Filipinos find the right home and make better real estate decisions.
But behind the name EMG is a story that makes this journey even more personal.
The acronym โEMGโ was inspired by the late Elisa Macadaan, the mother of our owner, while the letter โGโ represents โGreen,โ reflecting the companyโs early business focus on environmentally aligned initiatives in Iba, Zambales.
From humble beginnings in Iba, Zambales, EMG started its property marketing journey through developments such as Susana Executive Village, Tierra Verde Subic, Camella Subic, and Lumina Subic.
As the years passed, so did the opportunities.
Our network grew. Our partnerships expanded. Our accreditation portfolio became stronger through developments such as Fiesta Communities, St. Mary Subdivision, Cambria Homes, Labreeza Subdivision, and Sierra Hills Subdivision in Subic.
And today, our journey has reached beyond Zambales.
EMG Property Brokerage now extends its marketing operations across Zambales, Bataan, and Pampanga, strengthening our presence in Central Luzon and allowing us to serve even more Filipino families, investors, and communities.
