✔ Location - consider mo parin budget mo. Kung mura lang siguradong malayo sa manila yan. 5 million na po pataas presyo ng Townhouse sa manila.
✔ Required Monthly Salary - Check mo na kaagad kung magkano sweldo mo kase doon lang magbabase kung magkano monthly pwede mo kunin! (pwede combined salary)
✔ Marital Status - laging tandaan ang legalities kapag kasal ka sa papel kahit na hiwalay kayo sa mata ng batas conjugal property padin ang lahat ng pagmamayari ninyo.
