Experience a different ambience in our latest build project in Baganihan, Marilog District, Davao.

This single Cube structure was customized by the owner. The Swiss chalet design takes advantage of the refreshing natural vista with a sweeping view of the green mountains in the foreground, sea of clouds in the morning adjacent to a lush forest and free flowing stream below. The view during sunset is a different story altogether.

Still a work in progress though you are welcome to visit to check when in Buda area.

Cube turn over. Our thanks to Mrs. Imelda Roldan of Liam’s Farm for ordering a new set of MyHouse Cube for her farm house project located in Tupi, South Cotabato.

This L-shaped structure completed in 7-days will be customized soon after to suit the owner’s choice of exterior/interior finish and furnishings.

More people are realizing the practicality of constructing houses utilizing the modular system. It not only saves the owner time and money but also allows them a sense of personal involvement into their home projects by personally customizing it. Unlike most housing or subdivision projects with a pre-designed layout, modular system is flexible to accommodate customer's preferences on the finish and design using the Cube (6mtrs x3 mtrs x 2.85 mtrs) as their starting point. Add to it, the easier means to construct in areas where accessibility can be an issue since the materials used are prefabricated, lightweight yet insulated and strong enough to withstand strong winds or eartquakes.

From one of our customers in Tupi, South Cotabato comes this upgrade on the basic MyHouse Cube. It serves as the family’s farm cottage surrounded by fruit and flower farms nourished by Mt. Matutums fertile soil and ideal climate.

The versatile MyHouse Cube can be installed in several days and once ready could be upgraded through a variety of additions such a patio, veranda or terrace or even a view deck depending on the owner’s preferred style or need.

Simple designs like this one using the MyHouse Cube as the main structure but enhancing its utility by adding a roof top terrace lends more practical use of the Cube especially when you have a good view of the sunrise or sunset. Perhaps you might want a siesta place during lazy weekends or a small party area to relax and chill out during evening time.
