𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆’𝒔 𝒂 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒎! 💚🏆

The Animo Bar and Bench Society concluded its participation in the Foreign Direct Investment Arbitration Moot Asia-Pacific Regionals with an impressive fourth-place finish in its bracket, competing in a field of 19 teams from across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Asia-Pacific Regionals featured two competitive brackets, with only the top two teams from each bracket advancing to the semifinals. While the team narrowly missed the semifinal round, finishing fourth in its bracket is a remarkable achievement in the Society’s first-ever appearance in the competition.

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆’𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗕&𝗕𝗦 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗩𝗮𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘇, 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀. 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗲, 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺’𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Guiding the team throughout the competition was Head Coach Atty. Christianne Noelle De Vera, together with Atty. Dan Christian Ramos and Atty. Jannell Gerodiaz, whose mentorship and support were instrumental in the team’s successful debut.

𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕. A fourth-place finish in one of two Asia-Pacific brackets, in a field of 19 teams from across the region, is a commendable result for a first-time participant. The Green and White community is incredibly proud of you!
