𝐂. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬
Failure to settle taxes and fees within the prescribed period may result in penalties and surcharges:
• 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐱 – Payable within 30 days from the date of notarization of the Deed of Sale.
• 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐓𝐚𝐱 – Payable on or before the 5th day of the following month after the notarization.
• 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐱 – Payable within 60 days from the date of ex*****on of the Deed of Sale.
• 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐞 – Payable within one year from the issuance of the CAR (with a possible 6-month extension upon approval by the BIR).

𝟏. 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐮𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 – The issuance of the new title may take several weeks. Regular follow-ups are recommended to expedite processing.
