I really believe in order to be financially successful, these are the basic factors such as, Hardwork, Smartwork, Persistence, and Innovation, but most people Exclude the Time and Chance or rather "TIMING".

I Believe in "TIMING" as the Most Crucial part in any Career or Business as given the basic Factor for success is Given.

NOVEMBER 15 I believe and in my opinion is the Deepest point in the Philippine Recession, because those businesses na ni Hold-on will give in and file for bankruptcy so that to avoid more Financial damage in giving 13month to all their employees (which is the sad truth)

In REAL ESTATE, Factors of BANK approval rating has dropped to all time low.

The GOOD NEWS is, once we are in the DEEPEST point, there is no other Direction but to go UP.

Real estate Developers are finding ways such as LONGER terms and HIGHER approval INHOUSE success to cope up with the pandemic economic depression in order to survive.

This is the Perfect time to LEARN and build REAL actual skills, to set aside from ordinary Salesperson from the EXTRAordinary.
