Please allow me to share that I have successfully registered a client's corporation with the SEC, a transport company whose fleet we will be seeing in the streets of Cebu soon. ✅

The process came with visits to SEC, numerous calls, and several rounds of edits and refinements to the Articles of Incorporation. Thankfully, with the processes now available online, things have become much more convenient and accessible.
