Honoring Cebu City’s title as the “Queen City of the South,” Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes designed its first project in the city, Kalea Heights, with a crown-like structure.
This unique design comes from “Sky Bridges” connecting its four towers, forming a shape that resembles a crown—symbolizing Cebu’s vibrant cityscape and rich heritage.
