In its Resolution dated March 9, 2026, the Honorable Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Second Division dismissed the last remaining disqualification case, out of the four (4) cases filed against her, which questioned the residency qualification of Mayor Ashley Dacsla Raki-in of Poona Piagapo, Lanao del Norte.

We extend our sincere congratulations to Mayor Ashley Dacsla Raki-in on this favorable resolution and wish her continued success in serving the people of Poona Piagapo with integrity and dedication.
