Concentrating mainly on litigation, the firm was initially formed by Atty. Ravanera and Atty. Olegario in 1992. In order to cope with the growing needs in handling its clients, Atty. Jayfrancis D. Bago and Atty. Mat Kieven T. Naduma later joined the partnership. The firm partners are also experienced in local government affairs, having been previously engaged as counsels, consultants and/or legal officers of provinces, cities and municipalities. Though based in Cagayan de Oro City, the firm caters to clients from different parts of Mindanao, such as Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental, Camiguin, Agusan del Norte, Lanao del Norte and Lanao del Sur, as well as other parts of the country.
