NOTICE: EMERGENCY WATER SUPPLY ADVISORY

Please be advised that Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) is currently conducting an emergency repair of one of its water sources serving the South Area of the PDO Township.

Following the unplanned power interruption last night, the electrical system of the pump tripped and sustained damage. As a result, customers within its influence area—Pueblo Golf Estate, POGCC–Golf Course, Vista Verde, The Grove, and Hillsborough Pointe Village—may experience low water pressure to temporary loss of water supply.

The PDO Water Operations Team is currently onsite and has commenced the necessary pump pull-out, inspection, and repair works to restore normal operations as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, to help maintain water availability in the affected areas, we are diverting and augmenting supply from our other water sources. Due to the temporary change in water source and flow direction within the distribution system, some customers may experience temporary water discoloration. This may also occur as the system stabilizes following the completion of the repair. Should you experience water discoloration, please allow your tap water to run for a few minutes until the water becomes clear.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team undertakes these emergency works and implements measures to minimize the impact on our customers.

Line maintenance and system flushing are scheduled from September 1, 2026 to September 06, 2026 across Pueblo de Oro Township.

Please refer to the schedule below for the specific dates and affected areas.

We advise customers to store sufficient water during the activity window and to flush taps for a few minutes after the activity until the water runs clear.

📢 ADVISORY: Scheduled Maintenance – S1 Deepwell

Please be advised that our PDO Water Operations Team will conduct a scheduled maintenance (pull-out) of the S1 Deepwell on Saturday, August 15, 2026, 6 am until Sunday, August 16, 2026 at 12 noon.

The maintenance is part of our water efficiency measures to ensure reliable water supply in our PDO Township.

💧 No water interruption is expected, as operations from our other wells will be extended to maintain continuous supply.

⚠️ However, minimal pressure fluctuations may be experienced in some areas during the activity.

Our team will closely monitor the system to ensure stable water service throughout the maintenance period.

Our water utility team is currently on site, and works are expected to be completed by 2:00 PM.

After the completion of repairs, system flushing will be conducted, and water pressure will be gradually restored to normal operating levels to prevent possible pipe bursting. Should you experience temporary water discoloration upon restoration, please allow the water to run for a few minutes until it becomes clear.
