Here are some practical property buying tips I always believe in:

• Buy with strategy, not just emotion.
A nice property is good, but a property with direction is better.

• Study the location carefully.
Look beyond the present. Check future developments, accessibility, nearby businesses, and growth potential.

• Be clear with your purpose.
Are you buying for end-use, rental income, long-term appreciation, or business? Your objective should guide your decision.

• Don’t overextend financially.
Aside from the purchase price, consider taxes, maintenance, repairs, and operational costs.

• Verify documents properly.
Always check the title, tax declaration, zoning, ownership history, and property restrictions before committing.

This is where everything must be exact. No shortcuts, no guesswork.

As Project Manager, I make sure all structural works are aligned with the approved plans and engineering specs:
✔️ Columns, beams, and slabs are positioned and sized correctly
✔️ Reinforcements are placed as designed
✔️ Proper spacing, cover, and alignment are followed
✔️ Formworks and supports are secure before concrete pouring

Because once concrete is poured, there’s no turning back.

At this stage, accuracy is everything—this is the backbone of the entire structure.

Build it right from the core.
