𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐨 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 Libreng Notaryo on August 10 to August 13 for all the incoming student interns who need to have their Student/Parent Consent Forms and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) notarized.

This initiative is in support of 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 (𝐂𝐌𝐎) 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟎𝟒, 𝐬. 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟕, 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, which requires the submission of the necessary internship documents, including the notarized consent form and MOA, as required by the institution.

📌 Reminders:
o Bring your Student/Parent Consent Form and MOA.
o Ensure that all required information has been completely filled out before notarization.
o Bring photo copy of valid IDs of all required signatories.
o Review your documents carefully to avoid delays.

Note: The assigned room is subject to change. Any room updates will be posted at the Ground Floor of the PNC Bagong Cabuyao Hall (B*H).
