WE’RE HIRING: Legal Operations Officer
📍 Baliwag, Bulacan
A growing law practice is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Legal Operations & Liaison Officer to support daily legal and administrative functions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both office and field work, and wants meaningful exposure to legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in notarization processes and preparation of documents
• Proofread letters, pleadings, and legal documents
• Manage calendar, hearings, deadlines, and appointments
• Handle compliance and submission of notarial reports
• Serve as liaison with clients, courts, government offices, and other institutions
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and document tracking
• Monitor billings, collections, and basic financial records
• Perform general administrative and operational support tasks
Qualifications:
• College graduate (any course; legal management or related field is an advantage)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and handle confidential matters
• Must have own motorcycle and valid driver’s license
• Willing to do field work (courts, government offices, client visits)
• Prior experience in a law office is a plus, but not required
