Did you know that your final pay and your Certificate of Employment (COE) have a legal deadline?
That's not a courtesy. It's a rule, under Labor Advisory No. 06, Series of 2020.
Please be advised about these provisional matters under cited Labor Advisory:
✅ Final pay should be released within 30 days of your last day, not whenever HR gets to it
✅ Your COE should be issued within 3 days of request; it's not leverage
✅ "Pending clearance" isn't a blank check for indefinite delay
✅ You're allowed to follow up in writing, and that paper trail matters
