What You'll Do
As a Junior Associate Lawyer, you'll work directly with the Managing Partner for the following duties and responsibilities:
-Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, legal opinions, contracts, and demand letters
-Conducting legal research and preparing litigation strategies
-Appearing before courts, quasi-judicial agencies, and government offices
-Attending hearings, mediations, client conferences, and settlement discussions
-Other tasks assigned from time to time
Who Will Thrive in This Role?
Our ideal candidate:
-Is a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing;
-Has approximately 0–2 years of litigation experience (new bar passers welcome to apply)
-Writes clearly, logically, and persuasively;
-Enjoys courtroom advocacy and solving challenging legal problems;
-Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through on commitments;
-Is organized, dependable, and professional;
-Wants to build a long-term career with a small but growing law firm.
-Preferably resides in the province of Rizal or nearby cities.
