📢 OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF THE BUGKALOT CONFEDERATION
The Bugkalot Confederation of Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and Aurora, Inc. formally declares its full support for the PNP's decisive law enforcement actions on August 19, 2026, in arresting the key individuals behind the road blockades in Kasibu. For over three months, these barricades have paralyzed local livelihoods, physically obstructed vital PUBLIC ROAD REHABILITATION project in Barangay Pao, and unlawfully blocked the state-sanctioned EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES of NLMRC. We stand firmly for the rule of law, progressive community infrastructure, and the peace and order of our ancestral domain.
