Dear Teachers and School Administrators of Senior High Schools in Baguio City;

Please note that students may obtain a Community Tax Certificate (CEDULA) from their barangay if they are Philippine residents and at least 18 years old.

To apply for a CEDULA, students should bring a school ID, fill out the application form, pay corresponding fees and wait for the CEDULA to be issued.

We kindly request that CEDULA requirement in your schools NOT BE imposed on students who are 17 years old and younger.
