Dayaday ug Vice Mayor Eufracio “Yuri” Dayaday, uban sa suporta ug kooperasyon sa akong mga kauban sa Sangguniang Bayan, nga nagkahiusa alang sa kalamboan sa atong lungsod.

Usa sa mga nag-unang agenda mao ang pag-amyenda sa Section 4 sa Municipal Ordinance No. 2013-002, nga nagtumong sa pagpasaka sa Financial and Burial Assistance alang sa mga empleyado sa Lokal nga Panggamhanan sa Asuncion sa higayon nga sila ma-ospital o mamatay.

Kini nga lakang giduso ni Hon. Mary Justice P. Aurelio-Yap aron mas mahatagan og igong suporta ang mga kawani nga nagserbisyo sa lungsod.

𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻

Hon. Atty. Mary Justice P. Aurelio-Yap delivered a leadership talk entitled “𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀: 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹” at the Youth Leadership Summit in Barangay Concepcion, Asuncion, Davao del Norte. The event was spearheaded by the Barangay Council of Concepcion in collaboration with the 60th Infantry Battalion and Youth For Peace DavNor.

Through this talk, the participants gained a deeper self-awareness of their natural talents. They learned that by properly investing in these gifts, they can transform them into enduring strengths and emerge as the leaders of the future.

Last April 28, 2026, the Sangguniang Bayan of Asuncion, led by our dedicated Vice Mayor and all the SB Members, convened for a productive Committee Meeting. With 100% attendance from our local legislators, SB Asuncion ensured that every voice was heard and every measure was carefully scrutinized for the welfare of all Asuncioneños.

📋 MEASURES APPROVED AND REFERRED TO THE NEXT REGULAR SESSION

Our legislators hit the ground running, reviewing and approving several vital measures across various sectors:

𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 & 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲
✅HIV/AIDS Prevention: A Resolution Approving the Executive Order creating the Municipal AIDS Council and establishing guidelines for the prevention and control of STI/HIV/AIDS.
✅Local Nutrition Action Plan (2026-2028): Focused on securing the health and future of our children.

𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆
✅Road Safety: Regulating speed limits for all vehicles cruising portions of the National Highways within Asuncion. (Approved for Public Hearing)

𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 & 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
✅Streamlined Operations: Creating the Municipal Events and Logistic Management Office (MELMO) and the Municipal Information Office.
✅Energy Emergency Response: Suspension of selected provisions of the 2025 Revised Revenue Code due to the Declaration of a State of National Energy Emergency.
✅Sports Development: Creating the Asuncion Sports Development Office (ASDO) and defining its composition.

✅Supplemental & Annual Budgets: Approval of Supplemental Budgets for Barangays Buclad and Cambanogoy, as well as the 2026 Annual Budget Plan for Barangay Magatos.
✅SK Budgets: Approval of the Sangguniang Kabataan Annual Budgets for Barangays Buclad and Sonlon.
