Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Sultan al Nahayan under investigation in Peru.

It is not know if Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Sultan al Nahayan is above the law in the UAE, but in Peru, he is not above the law.

His highness, Sheik Sultan bin Khalifa bin Sultan al Nahayan, is a member of one of the richest families in the world in the United Arab Emirates, and in possession of large fortunes. In July 2013, he signed a written agreement to invest in a mining area in the country of Peru. Unfortunately, he never followed through and broke his contract of investment, and is now officially under investigations by the Peruvian authorities, who are requesting him to appear before the judicial authorities for prosecution procedures. But with the power and fortunes in the Sultands possession, he is attempting to bypass being subjected to the Peruvian authorities and attempting to escape criminal responsibility.

No sabemos, pero sabemos que en el Perú no lo es.
Su Alteza el Jeque Sultan es miembro de una de las familias más ricas del mundo, poseedor de una de las fortunas más importantes del planeta. En julio de 2013 firmó un acuerdo con el fin de invertir en una zona minera del país. Sin embargo, nunca cumplió con dicha inversión, motivo por el cual ha sido denunciado en el país. Los tribunales peruanos han iniciado las investigaciones y acciones legales para que el jefe Sultan se presente ante las autoridades judiciales por el delito cometido. Sin embargo con el poder y fortuna que posee está tratando de no someterse a las autoridades peruanas y sustraerse de su responsabilidad penal.
