***But no mention of the "toxic contaminate exposure" harm and injury being allowed to take place each and everyday, while the council work their magic / dishonesty, misleading the community, publicly.

OPINION: It was once known for its large factories, army campus and agricultural research labs. Now Upper Hutt’s home to a growing range of infrastructure, food manufacturing, high-tech labs and IT businesses.

Serious failings of the BWOF, hidden by false reporting, signed off by UHCC, all while harm and injury of the public continues to happen. Yet the council continue to ignore, avoid, mislead, misrepresent and produce official material that falsely implies compliance and conformance has been met, including providing assurances to multiple authorities, EPA, MBIE, Public Health, WorkSafe, during formal investigations over multiple years.
