Sellars Law is seeking to employ an experienced, friendly and well-grounded legal executive for a full time position in our Warkworth Law office. The successful candidate will need to have a legal executive qualification and, preferably, a minimum of three years suitable legal experience. Experience in dealing with conveyancing and estate matters is required.

The role will involve supporting the firm’s partners and will include a variety of legal executive and secretarial duties including managing clients’ files, assisting with a wide range of matters, preparing documentation and correspondence, liaising with clients and external parties, and, at times, a support role for our office reception.

Key skills required for this role include:
· The ability to manage and oversee files including monitoring and working to deadlines
· Have initiative, be organised and be able to anticipate and prioritise the workload
· Have meticulous attention to detail
· Be self-motivated with a positive and flexible attitude
· Working in a team environment and being supportive to other staff
· Have excellent Microsoft Office, word processing and digital transcription skills
· Be able to provide an efficient and friendly service to our clients.

Previous experience in a legal office and NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa are requirements of this position.
