I have had the privilege of appearing in front of Her Honour for the past 8 and a half years. I started out not knowing anything and I have grown into the person, I am today, because of the guidance Her Honour has shown to everyone that appears before her. Plus, I had the support of the bar. Over the last 8 and a half years, they have kicked my ass, if I did something wrong.

She may be retiring, but a Timaru Judge is looking forward to keeping busy with family, gardening, biking, birds of prey, music and drama - and maybe even more study.

Friends and family are asking what CRS stands for. It stands for Charles Ronald Stewart, my grandfather Ron Beazley. He is the one person that would debate with me at the dinning room table about everything under the sun. He helped me with my company law papers as he was a businessman back in the day. He was so proud of my first degree certificate that when I received it, he would not give it back to me. The only way, I got it back was to frame a copy for him. He hung it up in his dinning room until he passed away. So thanks Popa for your love and support.

I can help with all driving matters before the Court including:

Limited Licences (work licences), EBA or drug driving and all other driving related offending.

I can appear on not guilty pleas in front of Traffic Court or a Magistrates Court.
