Shána is a Conveyancing Practitioner based in our Papamoa office along with her two assistants, Lola and Luna (as pictured). 🐶

Shána previously worked for Tope Law Limited as the practice manager before moving to Tauranga, where she gained valuable experience in the commercial property industry as a Commercial Property Manager.

Shána has a passion for assisting clients throughout any sale and purchase journey, in particular assisting First Home Buyers with their exciting journey to getting on the property ladder. 🏡

In her spare time, Shána loves to spend time with her family and friends, enjoy beautiful beach walks with the fur babies, and playing hockey.

Zelda Tope is the Director of Tope Law Limited. Zelda's extensive career in Law started in South Africa in 1985. Zelda has worked as a public prosecutor, states attorney, and in the private sector, as well as being appointed to the bench in the district and regional Courts of South Africa. After moving to New Zealand and completing the New Zealand bar exams, Zelda started her own business in 2008.

Zelda has a wealth of experience in Family Law, Property Law, Conveyancing and Immigration Law.

Outside of the office, Zelda enjoys spending time with her family, fishing trips and art 🎨

WE’RE MOVING!! (but not too far away.)
As of Monday 29th June 2020, we will be situated in our new office space. Our postal and physical address remains the same as we are still in the same block, but a new office. *Picture below of the new location*. New signage will be up on the building on Wednesday/Thursday to make finding us easier. 😊
The move will be taking place from 24th June to 26th June. Please call or email us to make a time to see us during this time.

**UPDATE** - Alert Level 2
We are committed to keeping our staff and our clients safe during Covid-19.
At Alert Level 2, we will be controlling the amount of people in the office by asking you to only come in if you have made an appointment. Please call our office on 06-833 6371 or email us to make a time to come in to see us.
We will also be limiting the number of client that come in at once and ask that if you do wish to bring someone with, to do this by request prior to coming into your appointment.
CONTACT TRACING: We have a contact tracing register in place. Details on this will be at Reception upon your arrival. Please follow the instructions provided.
If you have any cold or flu like symptoms, please do not come in. Contact us to make an alternative arrangement to meet with us.
