**Announcement**

After more than 14 years as a Director of Harris Tate, Oliver Moorcroft (Ollie) has made the difficult decision to step down from his directorship role to focus on, and prioritise his health, wellbeing, and family.

Since joining the firm in 2012, Ollie has played a pivotal role in shaping Harris Tate, building strong and enduring relationships with clients, colleagues, and the wider community along the way. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for those he works with have left a lasting impact on both the firm and the people around him.

While Ollie is stepping back from his role as director, this is not a farewell. Ollie will remain professionally connected with Harris Tate in the future, and we look forward to continuing to work with him in a different capacity. In the meantime, our team is available and ready to assist with anything our clients may need during this transition period.

On behalf of everyone at Harris Tate, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Ollie for his years of leadership, service, and friendship and wish him all the very best as he takes time to focus on what matters most. We know many of our clients and colleagues also join us in wishing him well.

Harris Tate has a long association with the Tauranga Property Investors Association (TPIA) as a gold sponsor. On Monday night's AGM, it was great to see director Grant Harris being recognised as a Life Member of TPIA.
TPIA was founded in 1994, as a non‑profit network that educates, supports, and connects local property investors through meetings, expert insights, and advocacy. TPIA is also hosting for the first time in Tauranga, this September, the National Property Investors Conference.

A huge congratulations to Maxwell, our very own Harris Tate superstar on his outstanding performance on stage at Baycourt Theatre for his role in "Come From Away". A heartwarming stage musical about how the small town of Gander, Newfoundland cared for thousands of stranded airline passengers following their diversion after the September 11 terrorist attacks.
Maxwell, you were brilliant. Take a bow!

Director Michelle and our Practice Manager, Aroha recently took part in an emerging leadership course run by Simon Tupman for the legal services industry. While aimed at emerging leaders, it also served as a solid refresher for established leaders. There were some great takeouts which we are excited to implement into the business to help shape its future direction and success.
