ππΏ MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 2026 | AOTEAROA NEW ZEALAND πΏπ
Our mental health matters β every day, not just this week. π
Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a little extra support, a listening ear, or simply someone to remind us that weβre not alone.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, letβs take a moment to:
π Check in with ourselves and each other.
π Make time for the things that help us feel good.
π Reach out to someone who might be struggling.
π Be kind, listen without judgement, and offer support.
π Remember that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
You never know what someone else might be going through behind their smile. A simple βHow are you, really?β can make more of a difference than you realise. π
Letβs create a community where everyone feels seen, heard, supported, and valued. Because no one should have to face their struggles alone. π
π± Take a breath. Reach out. Be kind to yourself. You matter, your feelings matter, and your wellbeing matters.
π Letβs kΕrero, connect, and care for one another.
