Today, on International Day of Rural Women, we’re taking a moment to acknowledge the women behind our farms, families, businesses and communities.

You’re business owners, farmers, professionals, mums, volunteers, leaders and often several of these at once.

To all the hardworking, resilient, and inspiring rural women in our community, today we celebrate you 💚

The team surprised me this morning 🫨It’s hard to believe but it's my 20-year work anniversary. Yes - when I started faxes were the thing and "the cloud" was just something in the sky.

Over the past two decades, I’ve seen the firm grow, evolve, and navigate various change - and I feel fortunate to have been part of that journey.

A BIG thank you to the directors for their ongoing support, trust, and for having confidence in me. Their guidance has helped me learn and grow, which I truly appreciate.

I’m so grateful to work with such a great team and to be part of a firm that really values its people 😍
