🌟 Introducing the Co-Founders of Aotearoa Divorce and Separation Institute (ADSI) 🌟
In recognition of the vulnerability of families going through separation Nikki Bould Kimberlee Sweeney Kelly Sutton Julie McClain founded ADSI.
While divorce coaching is a specialised field combining coaching skills with an alternative dispute resolution framework, the industry remained unregulated in New Zealand. This opens the door for individuals to operate as coaches without proper certification. To address this, ADSI invites all certified divorce coaches in New Zealand to apply, with successful applicants undergoing a thorough assessment. Coaches within the institute are held to high standards of practice and must adhere to our code of ethics and maintain professional development and supervision!
By engaging a coach from the ADSI directory, the public can trust they’ll receive guidance that prioritises resolution and well-being. Families in need can apply for free or subsidised coaching via our website www.adsi.co.nz
