Telling a person accused of a crime everything the Prosecution knows about their case is key to ensuring a fair trial. But it's not always happening, and that can lead to innocent people being convicted and trials being aborted - hard on the accused and also on victims of crime.

At best, it causes huge hold-ups in the criminal justice system. At worst, it leads to innocent people going to jail. What is disclosure and where are we going so wrong?
