Our first job was a partial, our second job was with a developer that went bust! Did I question the decision to keep on going 19 years ago… yes, even after set backs!

My advice. Run your own race. Don’t worry about the competition. Know your numbers and charge your worth. The amount that makes your business sustainable.

Long term goals begin with small daily discipline. You don’t need to be a push over to win. Fairness is the key, we all have bills to pay ✔️
