📢Waiheke Island Market Rent Update 🏡

The latest market rent statistics from Tenancy Services are now out for the period 1 October 2025 – 31 March 2026.

These figures are sourced from MBIE bond data and are based on rental information lodged through the Bond Centre.

You will notice there are quite a few N/A categories this time around. This is likely due to fewer rental properties being available over the summer period, as MBIE only publishes data where there have been 5 or more bond lodgements for that property type and area.

A few key changes this period:
⬆️ Ostend saw increases for both 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom homes
⬆️ Oneroa 3-bedroom homes also increased
⬇️ Surfdale 3-bedroom homes dropped by around $100 per week
