Andrew has grown up in Hawke’s Bay and loves the lifestyle it has to offer. When not selling homes you will find him on the golf course, fishing, watching motorsport or enjoying spending time with his wife Danee and toddler Emily. He has always had a keen interest in the property market, and it was only a natural progression for Andrew to join the family business in real estate. During his 9 years with a local building merchants in a management role, he gained extensive knowledge of the building industry which has proven to be a great asset to his clients selling new builds, sections and subdividable properties, which Andrew is now known as the local specialist. Andrew is straight-up, has great empathy for people’s situations and genuinely works hard to achieve outstanding prices for his clients. The Rochester family has been involved in real estate for the past 40 years and husband Peter has recently taken a back seat, having been a past Hawke’s Bay President of the Real Estate Institute and owner of Peak Realty. They have 3 children, who all live locally, and enjoy being involved with their 8 fantastic grandchildren.
