The latest REINZ figures show Waikato's median house price has increased 1.4% year-on-year to $750,000, highlighting the region's ongoing resilience.

According to REINZ CEO Lizzy Ryley, buyer confidence has continued to improve as people become more comfortable with current interest rate settings. Open home attendance remains steady, with well-presented properties and fresh listings attracting strong interest from active buyers.

Overall, the Waikato market continues to demonstrate stability, with positive signs heading into the second half of the year. 🏡📈
