I provide ADVICE, ACTION & ADVOCACY in all types of aviation case.These services are provided from the emergence of the problem down to resolution. I was admitted to the bar in 1980 and set up my own law firm in 1985.My specialty is as defence counsel in prosecutions brought by government agencies such as: Civil Aviation Authority, Customs and Police. I am in my 38th year of legal practice and hav

e appeared in between 2500 and 3000 cases. I went solo in 1966 (aged 16) and obtained a CPL (A) and 'B' cat instructor rating in 1975. I also hold a Qualified Glider Pilot certificate and have held an instructor rating for gliders. I have flown 3000+ hours as pilot in command of a variety of aeroplanes. I have found that my aviation experience helps me when I am representing aviation clients. They do not have to waste time and money explaining the technicalities of their operations. My advocacy for aviation clients is made more effective because i usually know more about aviation than the judges. I am a published author and my writing skills help me to create persuasive letters and legal submissions.

The Treaty of Saint-Germain-en-Laye (1919) was a treaty between the Allies and the Austrian part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Austria was prohibited from having submarines, which was redundant as she was landlocked.

ROTOCHUTE Mk. III GYROGLIDER

A British project to land airborne troops. It was the inspiration for Igor Benson's series of ultra-light gyro gliders (2-seat, towed for training) and powered gyroplanes.
