Love when it goes well for nice people

"Hello Mark

We just want to say a huge thank you for selling our home (10 Santiago Place) last Thursday. You did an excellent job! We were extremely impressed and couldn't have asked for more from you. We were surprised the bidding went as high as it did and of course we are totally delighted with the final result.

The pre-auction information (both the video and the meeting with you) was also excellent so we had a really good idea of what to expect on the day.

Sorry we didn't get an opportunity to thank you in person on Thursday - it was an amazing experience and we are very grateful to you and all the Harcourts Team.

Kind regards.

Gloria & Jim Archer"
