Highlights of the year that was 28 😻 i can never tyre of looking back on the photos from the year that’s been and re-living just how much fun it’s been!

In order -
- Sold some houses (a few more than I expected..🥹) and made sure Christchurch couldn’t miss me… 🤪

- Oh so many client Christmas cards, my first ever personalised business Christmas cards (personally delivered by mwah too!😉)

- Pretended to be real adults with Joseph Monk and played host at home for Christmas🎄

- Loved love at some good friends weddings 💒

- Kept chasing views and pursuing new heights with my love

- Attempted to be funny… luckily Joseph didn’t leave me at the zoo (where I probably belong 🫢)

- Multi-tasked (aka life of a real estate agent🫡 )

- Claimed my self-given op shop queen title and grew my wardrobe………🫣(sorry Joseph but I’m pretty sure you weren’t using that wardrobe space….😘)

- Practised what I preach and did some of my own much needed house painting 🏡

- Ventured to Asia for the first time (bucket list continent!!!!!) with a much anticipated holiday in Bali ☀️🌴🌊🍹👙

- More Bali, would be rude not to

- Somehow must’ve thought I was back in Texas when I was actually in Bali🤠

- Chased the sun to the GC, Lord knows I needed to be kissed by the sun! 🌞

- Said (obligatory) hi to my big little sister in Aussie👩🏻‍🐰‍👩🏼 zoe

- Made sure I still stopped to smell the roses 🌼

1 year with Ray White!
They say when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life... well, ain't that the truth!

I set a target to sell 12 houses in my first year. I'm stoked to say I did it!... AND sold 13! 🎉 HECTIC!! 🥹

The difference I bring is first-hand property experience, backed by 28 years of real-life experience. I grew up with property-obsessed, DlY-loving parents, learning from the ground up: viewings, auctions, helping out with whatever hands-on work the properties needed, and sitting in on meetings with agents and solicitors. I bought my first home at 23yrs, then built a career in property from the inside out; working in School Property at the Ministry of Education HQ, managing school building projects as a client-side project manager, and selling new builds for a developer before joining Ray White. But when I got the call to come join Ray White I couldn't say no, as both a homeowner & property investor (& self-professed chatter box🤭) how could I turn down the chance to chat all things property with people, and also pursue my vision of being a self-employed mum for when the time comes to be there for my future family in the way I want to be.

The first year is known to be the hardest, but it's these real-world experiences (plus my awesome mentors) that have backed my results and help people achieve their property plans.

Year 1, you've been HUGE! And a whole lot of FUN!!
