About me
Originally from Egypt, I came to New Zealand with my family in 2003 and I am fluent in both English and Arabic. I have been living in Christchurch since my arrival, and completed my Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management at the University of Canterbury. I was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2016. I started work in the legal sector before graduating in 2015, and I worked for a small firm, a medium sized firm, a busy Barrister’s office as well as interning at the Police Prosecution. I work with a fantastic team at Kannangara Thomson who specialize in several legal areas.
