Siouxsie Wiles has accused the university of failing to protect her against harassment.

And not engaging with the Authority is just stupid...
I've have a few small business owners who cant afford representation in the Authority, and I help them represent themselves. Far better then doing nothing.

The problem started when Tom McNally noticed a customer at a table who hadn't paid.

I'll write in more detail about this, but for a now a huge win.
Classic school management - deny everything / fight with insurers money , and if you loose in Court - deny everything.

The fallout from covid 19 continues to roll through the judicial system...
An asthmatic worker with a medical exemption was fired for not wearing a mask.
Completely necessary - but classic HR from a big corporate.

She couldn't wear a mask due to her asthma.

"The Coalition agreement has been signed, and what I find interesting is the message this sends: principles and values are no more than an optional extra to be traded away at will".

Hear our take on the future of Employment Law in New Zealand in Metropol:

The Coalition agreement has been signed, and what I find interesting is the message this sends: principles and values are no more than an optional extra to be traded away at will. No real surprise here, given that we are talking about politicians. Given the enormous amount of borrowing Labour did in...

Hear about how the recent election affects employment legislation ->

In the battle of bland versus boring, bland and boring won the election! National and their partner/s will move quickly to remove some of the ideological based legislation that Labour brought in. Fair Pay Agreements will be scrapped; the restraint of trade bill will be dropped, and the 90 day trial....

Imagine getting your arm ripped off in a conveyor belt, and then needing to find some help before you could die of blood loss - and the company knew the conveyor belt was dangerous but didn't fix it. $357 k seems quite reasonable......

The man was able to pull what was left of his arm free and run for help.
