✈️ What a fantastic few days in Nelson! 🏆
We’ve just returned from the Raine & Horne New Zealand Conference and Awards, and what an incredible experience it was.
From inspiring speakers and connecting with colleagues from around the country, to celebrating the achievements of our network, it was a wonderful reminder of why we love what we do.
To top it all off, we were incredibly proud to receive the Community Award. It's a recognition that means so much because it reflects something we're genuinely passionate about—supporting our local community and giving back wherever we can.
Rod & I wish to give a huge thank you to everyone who makes our journey so rewarding—our clients, colleagues, friends and families. We couldn't do it without your trust and support.

The latest REINZ figures paint a positive picture for our local property market.

✔️ Buyers are still active across all price brackets.
✔️ Sellers are generally pricing their homes in line with today's market, helping properties attract genuine interest.
✔️ Open homes and auctions continue to see good attendance, with multiple buyers competing on well-presented homes.

While winter traditionally brings a slightly slower pace, confidence remains high thanks to Canterbury's strong local economy and ongoing investment throughout the region.
