I have created a consultancy business in real estate compliance by combining my legal experience working as a lawyer, my work as a compliance manager as well as my experience in selling residential property. ling real estate, I am able to utilise my advanced skill base to assist real estate agencies and individual salespeople in their CPD training as well as provide consultancy services and solutions to real estate businesses which in turn adds significant value for their clients and customers. I have been described as tenacious with a strong work ethic. I relish working through perceived difficulties to enable the safe passage through disclosure and legislative expectations on licensees.
