The biggest mistake we see buyers make? Starting the search before sorting the finance.
It's exciting to jump straight onto the listings. But walking in without your finance locked in is how people fall for a home they can't act on, or miss out because someone more prepared got there first.

Get your finance sorted first. Know your numbers, get your pre-approval, then start looking. That one step is the difference between hoping it works out and knowing you're ready to move.
