The house that sold over Christmas dinner.

Kevin had a lovely home for sale in Cockle Bay when a family rang on Christmas Day asking to view it. He said he'd book them in after the holiday.

Turns out the owners spotted them looking at the signboard, invited them in, and they ended up sharing Christmas together.

The deal was all but done over dinner. Contracts were signed the next day and they moved in a month later. Everybody happy.
