​Auctions are a great tool, but the real magic happens in the pivot. After passing in at auction, we didn’t sit back. We adjusted our strategy, the vendors hit the market with a sharp price, and secured a contract in just 3 days.

The Strategy Shift:
​The Analysis: We carefully considered feedback from open homes alongside current market conditions, while remaining mindful of preserving the property’s overall value and integrity.

​The Action: We applied a “Sharp Price” strategy to reflect current market conditions while balancing buyer interest with the property’s true value.
