Hibiscus Law is a busy, friendly local law firm and we’re on the hunt for 2 new superstars to join our team as soon as possible.
Hours are full time with some flexibility and pay will be discussed at interview.
In both roles, you will be working independently with clients and files with support when needed.
Legal Secretary/Executive/Conveyancer
A great opportunity for either an experienced legal secretary who is looking to further their skills or a legal executive with experience. If you have an eye for detail and are ready for a new challenge – one of these positions may be for you!!
Role 1 - Estates/Wills/EPOA
• Estate administration
• Preparing Wills and EPOA’s
• Dealing with clients and various organisations on a daily basis
Role 2 - Conveyancing
• Conveyancing including refinance
• LINZ system
• Dealing with clients, and various organisations on a daily basis
