Barfoot & Thompson Manurewa

Barfoot & Thompson is prominently located in the central Manurewa Township, and has been part of Man This experience is backed up by some proven results.

Barfoot & Thompson is prominently located in the central Manurewa Township, and has been part of Manurewa since 1953. The top performing team at Barfoot & Thompson Manurewa sell more properties than any other company in the area, and the branch has been in the company's top ten of all 65+ branches twice in the past ten years. The team's diversity matches that of the multi cultural suburb they live and work in, and they are proud supporters of the Manurewa community - from local sports clubs to local schools. As part of the Barfoot & Thompson network, they also have direct access to more buyers and sellers than any other agency. Because Barfoot & Thompson is non franchised, all 1,700+ sales staff work for the company, not for individual franchises. This means that when you list with Barfoot & Thompson Manurewa, your property will be shared among all salespeople across the Auckland region - increasing your campaign reach and generating unparalleled buyer competition. After all - you never know which suburb your buyer will be from! Offering affordable housing just 20 minutes from the centre of Auckland, Manurewa is a popular choice for investors. This has led to the branch having one of Auckland's largest rental portfolios - looked after by an experienced team of dedicated property managers who can manage all aspects of owning a rental or investment property. They can also help you find the perfect place to rent. Manurewa has a range of housing from 1960s weatherboard or brick and tile homes on large family-friendly sections to modern homes in newer developments. Locals are well catered for in terms of shopping with The Westfield Shopping Centre in Manukau City, just a few minutes away from the Manurewa Township. There are also many good primary, intermediate and secondary schools, as well as gardens, parks and the local leisure centre.
