Outstanding Service, Happy Landlords!🏠👏

"It is with great pleasure that I provide a positive referral for Gina Walker from Barfoot and Thompson - West Habour branch. Gina recently helped us assign a suitable tenant for our rental property, and her professionalism, communication, advice and honesty during the whole process was nothing less than exceptional.
What initially felt like a daunting experience quickly became a smooth, stress-free, and straightforward process thanks to Gina's expertise and guidance.
I would not hesitate to recommend Gina to anyone seeking outstanding service in any aspect of real estate.
Thank you, Gina. We truly appreciate everything you did for us."

⭐ Client Love for Cherry ⭐

“We cannot recommend Cherry highly enough to anyone looking for a top-tier Real Estate Agent.

From day one, her exceptional professionalism, strategic approach, and deep market knowledge were completely evident. Selling a property can be daunting, but Cherry provided complete peace of mind.

She kept us fully informed after each open home with detailed, data-driven weekly reports that gave us total confidence in the campaign's direction.

What truly sets Cherry apart is her problem-solving ability and empathy. She navigated every hurdle with genuine care and absolute professionalism, making the entire process remarkably smooth and stress-free.

She doesn't just list a property; she truly goes above and beyond to maximise its value.

If you want a dedicated professional who delivers, look no further than Cherry.”

— Amanda & Reynold Slade 💛

🏡 When your Property Manager goes the extra mile…

“Cushla Adams is our Property Manager and she is absolutely ‘Amazing!’
The enormous help that she gave me in order to try and secure and rent the property at such short notice was such a relief for myself and my family and we absolutely appreciate it.
If there is anything that needs addressing on the property, Cushla is on to it, as soon as she can organise it with the landlord and contractors.
Cushla, you're such a lovely person and my family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Highly recommend AAA+++”

— A very happy tenant 💛

For Cushla, property management is about more than managing a property — it’s about being there when people need you, keeping things moving and making the rental experience as smooth as possible.

Thank you for the beautiful feedback! 🏡✨
