We had an amazing time at Sunday's Big Gay Out, chatting with you about all things fertility! Did you spot the spiky fruit at our stand and wonder, 'Why the pineapple?' 🍍The pineapple has come to represent hope, community, and support among those facing fertility challenges.

Such an amazing event yesterday talking rights and discrimination under the Human Rights Act and the Bill of Rights Act in New Zealand.

So many issues to discuss and matters of (sadly) every day discrimination.

Thanks to everyone who attended!

Welcome to our rebrand! D&S Law is now Dalley Sundar. Why?

We wanted to put our names front and centre and celebrate our diversity. We are migrants. We know what is like to be in a new country, a new city and look forward to new challenges while missing the familiarities of home. We put this into our work and our representation of you as your lawyers.

We pride ourselves on our work in successfully navigating difficult cases at the Immigration and Protection Tribunal and higher courts to get results for our clients when they thought that they were all out of options.

The new colour showcases our bright and open approach to law. We are moving away from the classic blues and greens of traditional law firms and wholeheartedly embracing an honest, clear and energetic path for our clients and staff. We want to reflect our ethos of being the firm that clients want to come and visit even if they are stressed or in a pickle, and the workplace staff leap out of bed to attend.

If we sound like your kind of people, let's connect!

Stewart will be speaking at the Growing Families Surrogacy and Donor seminar in Auckland on 16 March 2024.

This event is a chance for intended parents, parents and experts to network, share stories and learn from each other. Learn what the IVF, donor and surrogacy processes really looks like in New Zealand and internationally. Parents will join the popular ‘tell-all’ panel to explore how expectations can differ and how to survive the unexpected hurdles.

There are speakers from USA, Canada, and Argentina to discuss the family making landscape in those countries.

Stewart will be speaking on the legal landscape for those in NZ who are considering wither domestic or international surrogacy.
