Jennifer Lovatt is our Law Clerk. She rejoined the firm in December 2019 and is currently completing her Bachelor of Laws at Auckland University of Technology.

She has experience in conveyancing as well as trusts and asset planning.

Radha works primarily in conveyancing. She understands the significance of buying and selling such a big investment as a home and she is passionate about making that process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Apart from conveyancing she have over more than 10 years of experience in Estates and preparing Enduring Power of Attorneys.

Outside work she enjoys the laid-back lifestyle of the Shore – spending her weekends walking on the beach and spending time with family.

It's time to meet the team!

Meet Warwick

Warwick Ayres graduated from Auckland University in 1985 and is the director and owner of Ayres Legal Limited which he established in 2000. Previously a partner in a larger firm he wanted to be able to give more direct and personal attention to all aspects of his client's needs.

Having practised law for 30 years, Warwick has specialised in property law, commercial, contracts, leasing, trusts, wills, estates and relationships. His clients are small/medium sized businesses and private clients.

Warwick believes that clients want to have a sound and practical solution for their problems or issues without getting tied up in bundles of legal documents. It is important to Warwick that his clients understand the documents they are signing and he finds that they appreciate his discretion and experience in dealing with all aspects of their family and business. His commitment to getting things done efficiently and timely together with his understanding of your concerns makes him very approachable.
